ALL GRADES

*Only CLEAR/PLASTIC water bottles are allowed.                           *NO WIRELESS HEADPHONES or AIR PODS*          

 

PreK & Kindergarten

 

• Purple polo shirt with the Hazel Park logo. (Purple sweatshirt with logo)
• Navy blue uniform pants, shorts, skirts, skorts or jumpers
• Tennis shoes (Velcro ONLY)

Grades 1st - 4th

 

• Light blue polo shirt with Hazel Park logo (navy sweatshirt with logo)
• Navy blue uniform pants, shorts, skirts, skorts or jumpers (no sweatpants, cargo, pull on or tight fitting pants)
• Solid color uniform style belt
• Tennis shoes

Grades 5th-7th

• Gray polo shirt with Hazel Park logo (gray sweatshirt with logo)
• Navy blue uniform pants, shorts, skirts, or skorts (no sweatpants, cargo, pull on or tight fitting pants)
• Skirts must not be shorter than 2 inches above the knee.
• Solid color uniform style belt
• Tennis shoes

8th Grade

All Students

*All uniforms must be worn without tears, rips or cuttings at hems, cuffs or sleeves. The uniform must be in the correct size to avoid any sagging or sloppy appearance. Pants are to be worn at the waist. Shirts are worn tucked in at all times. 

*Students should wear tennis shoes to school daily. No backless, flip flops, Crocs, or boots are allowed at school. It is required that socks be worn.  Leggings may be worn under skirts on cold days and must only be solid BLACK, GRAY, NAVY, or WHITE

Outerwear: Only Hazel Park sweatshirts are allowed to be worn in the classroom. Sweaters and jackets worn in the classroom must zip or button down the front. Jackets and sweatshirts with hoods are not allowed on campus. Uniform shirts must be worn under the school sweatshirt.  Hoodies are not allowed as per JP School policy.  Heavier jackets and coats may be worn to school on cold days but must be taken off in the classroom/buildings.
